A note about photo album creator

Our Application is made to be used by children and parents. Our Site is made for parents. We care about the privacy of children and do not knowingly collect any information about children in the Application. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to register to or download the App and should not send us any personal information.

Photo album privacy

The content (images and sound clips) of every photo album shared with other users are accessible by a URL. The content (images and sound clips) can be accessed if the full URL is guessed even though the photo albums only have been shared with a group of people.
When a user chose to unshare a photo album the content (images and sound clips) will still be stored and accessible if the exact URL is know. Users who have downloaded the album to their devices before the photo album was unshared might also have a copy of the content of the photo album.

Types of data we collect

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal data” means personally identifiable information that specifically identifies a User as an individual. “Non-personal data” means information that does not directly identify a User. Additionally, non-personal data means “aggregate” and “de-personalized” information, which is data KIDSTATIC APPS collects about the use of the KIDSTATIC APPS Service, from which any personally identifiable data has been removed.

Information you provide to us

You will need to create an user account in order to share photo albums or see photo albums shared with you.
We ask for your name and email. We use your name when you share a photo album with other people so they know who has shared the photo album with them. The email is used to validate that a photo album has been shared with you.

We collect information you give when seeking technical support through our Services. If you choose to opt-in for our newsletter we may collect your email address so we can send you information about products and services. You may opt-out by contacting us at contact@kidstatic.net if you do not wish to receive this information.
